Thank you for visiting my store! I sell new/used items and ship orders quickly. Prior to submitting an order, please review my store terms and message me with any questions you may have. Here are the basics:

* Hours: I will often work random hours but please consider normal operations to be Mon-Fri from 8am - 5pm MST.

Packaging:

All bulk lots are individually packaged. I use the "common sense" approach on very small lots. For example, five 1x2 red bricks could share a bag with five 1x2 black bricks. Bottom line: I want your Lego to arrive safely and easily accounted for.

Inventory:

I sell new and used items. "New" equals: parted directly from sealed sets or pick-a-brick cups (25% of inventory), "Used" equals: from other sorces and may or may not have been built with previously (75% of inventory), direct from Lego or other vendors. New items are only handled in sorting and packing. Please keep in mind that new bricks still travel the world together in quantity and minor flaws or scratching is possible.

All parts are stored in a smoke-free environment. My parts are opened, sorted and then stored in plastic drawers, plastic containers, or bags.

I generally differentiate between mold variations although performance may not be effected. Orders may contain a combination of these variations or a single variation. Be sure to read the description of the piece you are ordering to make sure it is the correct variation you are wanting. A few notable examples:

• Panels (With / Without Rounded Corners)
• Jumpers (With / Without Grooves)
• Brackets (With / Without Rounded Corners)
• Variations in Clip Types
• Tiles (With / Without stud holder)

Minifigures:

New minifigures are sold partially or fully assembled based on their original Lego packaging. Delicate, individually packaged items (such as capes) are left in their original packaging when possible with the remainder of the minifigure assembled to ensure for protected storage. Used minifigures will be sold partially or fully assembled. accessories will be packed separately from minifigure(s). Please keep in mind there are always some uncontrollable exceptions such as Lego packaging multiple capes in a single box. All minifigures are stored independently to limit wear. Minifigures may or may not come with accessories.

 

Issues / Problems:

I do my very best to accurately account for all items in your order. Please understand the human element in sorting and packing thousands of small items. In the rare event your order is short pieces, please let me know immediately so I can attempt to correct the issue. I take pride in my service and will always offer: Shipment of a missing item or store credit.
